The Birdies Shop began with golf, but we’ve never believed that women fit neatly into one box, or play just one sport.
We’re a growing collection of clothing, accessories and gifts for women who love being active, whether that’s golf, pickleball, walking, travelling or simply relaxing.
We’re also a little particular about what makes it into the shop.
We look for things that are beautiful, useful, different or have a story to tell. Pieces with personality. Things you’ll enjoy wearing, using or giving, rather than more of the same.
You’ll find established favourites alongside smaller collections and new ideas, including pieces from FAMARA, our original women’s golf brand, as well as products created especially for The Birdies Shop.
Some are practical. Some are colourful. Some might make you smile. And occasionally we’ll find something we simply love and think you might too.
Sport may be what brings us together, but it doesn’t have to define everything we wear.

The Birdies Shop
We’re Liz and Molly, mother and daughter, sports lovers, occasional competitors and the women behind The Birdies Shop.
Between us, we’ve spent a lot of time on golf courses, around sport and generally being active, although probably with rather different ideas about what constitutes a good outfit while doing it!
The Birdies Shop grew from something we both felt was missing: a place for sporty women that wasn't just about sport.
We wanted to bring together clothes we genuinely like wearing, useful things that actually look good, great gifts, and those slightly different finds that have a bit of personality or a story behind them.
Golf is where much of our story began, through FAMARA, the women's golf brand founded by Liz. But Birdies gives us room to play a little more.
So whether you play golf, pickleball, walk, travel, head to the gym, or simply like relaxed, comfortable clothes and lovely things, you'll find a constantly evolving collection here.
Some things will be practical. Some colourful. Some will make you laugh. And some will be here simply because one of us found them and said, “Oh, I love that.”
That's really the rule.
If we wouldn't wear it, use it, give it to a friend or be delighted to receive it ourselves, it probably won't make it into Birdies.
